Our introduction course is a 6 class course taking at each time and pace, all rivers lead to the sea. At the end of the course, each individual will receive a certificate of completion of the course Our introduction course is all about introducing you to the spiritual realm while giving you tolls how to introduce to your daily life, We will be working on breath work, mindful meditation, inner child healing, 12 Golden cups, healing karma, healing and acceptance of trauma, and work on abundance. This course is for beginners to advanced mindfulness practices.
